I am a bioinformatician working jointly with Monash Proteomics and Metabolomics Facility and Monash Bioinformatics Platform at Monash University. I completed my PhD in Computational Biology from the University of Queensland, and postgraduate qualifications in pharmacy (specialised in pharmaco-informatics). My research interests are automation, interactive visualisation systems biology and visualising proteomics datasets.
